Delivery time
We ship the item from our warehouse within 1-3 working days.
Under normal circumstances it takes between 10- 15 working days. Orders on weekends are usually packed and shipped the next working day.
Delivery dates are based on working days and do not include weekends and holidays.
Please note that special orders may have a longer processing and manufacturing time.
If delays in delivery occur due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure) such as during an ongoing global pandemic, we are not responsible for any problems caused by the delivery time. Please wait up to 30 working days before contacting customer service about a missing order by following the order with the tracking number provided.
If you have questions regarding deliveries, always contact us via email with the subject line "Delivery" so that we can easily respond as quickly as possible.
The products are sent directly from our partner's warehouse in order to offer you as a customer the best possible prices. We reserve the right for any errors that may occur in connection with third-party logistics. By making a purchase with us, you agree to all of the conditions specified on this website. We therefore advise you to contact us in advance if you have any questions regarding purchases before entering into a purchase agreement. In the event of any complaints or other questions, you should always contact us by email and nowhere else to ensure that you receive a response as quickly as possible.
For all packages that are not redeemed, our brand reserves the right to charge you as a customer 200 SEK for costs incurred for return shipping and handling costs.
*Our delivery times are only estimated and not guaranteed and can therefore vary depending on where you live in Sweden.
Where is my order?
Your order will be shipped from our partner's warehouse within 1-3 working days*, we will send you a delivery confirmation email containing your tracking number as well as information about the delivery.
If you are still unsure where your package is, please email us and our support team can help you further with this.
*At high volumes, the processing time can vary up to 7 days, the time stated above is only an estimate of what our packages usually take to process. The times above are not guaranteed shipping times.
My package cannot be tracked, what can I do?
After receiving the email confirming the dispatch of your shipment, it can take up to 5-7 working days until the tracking code is active. If you still have problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.
